The PMPS350D lifts 350 kg to 1320 mm with a double scissor and an electric pump: press the button and the 910 x 500 mm platform rises from 405 mm to its full height in about 15 seconds, with no pedalling. It is the semi-electric alternative to the manual MPS350D for high working positions that are reached many times a day.
Where it fits in the MPS range
The manual MPS350D needs up to 60 pedal strokes for a full lift to 1300 mm; the PMPS350D does the same job on battery power and reaches 20 mm higher. The single-scissor PMPS300 and PMPS500 lift to 900 mm from a lower 300 mm starting height — choose them when the working level is bench height rather than machine-table height. The price of the second stage is a 405 mm lowered height and a service weight of 150 kg.
Typical applications
Feeding presses, CNC machines and saws whose tables sit above 1 m; supplying conveyor infeeds and elevated packing lines; placing boxes on upper shelving without a ladder; height-adjustable assembly of larger products where the operator works around the piece at chest height.
