The MPS150 is the smallest mobile scissor lift table in the Delacco programme: a 150 kg hydraulic table on four 100 mm wheels that lifts a 700 x 450 mm platform from 225 mm to 740 mm. At 44 kg it is light enough for one person to steer through a workshop, and the handle folds down so the table can be stored under a bench or carried in a van between jobs.
Where it fits in the MPS range
Choose the MPS150 for parts, tools and small assemblies that a single person would otherwise lift by hand. If the load exceeds 150 kg, the MPS300 and MPS500 share the same single-scissor principle with a larger 855 x 500 mm platform; if the load must go higher than 740 mm, the double-scissor MPS150D keeps the same platform and capacity but reaches 1100 mm.
Typical applications
Workshops and service departments use it to bring components to a comfortable working height instead of bending over a floor pallet. In packing areas it carries cartons from the shelf to the packing bench; in production it feeds small parts to assembly stations; in maintenance it doubles as a mobile work surface next to the machine being serviced.
Design and safe operation
- Lifting by foot pedal — no more than 25 strokes from the lowest to the highest position, hands free to steady the load
- Handle-mounted release lever for gradual, controlled lowering, also with the platform fully loaded
- Solid steel platform 35 mm thick, welded frame with a durable finish, overload relief valve fitted as standard
- Caster brake to hold the table still during loading and unloading
- For goods only — never lift or transport people; use on firm, level ground; move the table with the platform lowered
