The MPS500 is the workhorse of the Delacco mobile lift table range: 500 kg capacity on a compact 855 x 500 mm platform, lifting from 340 mm to 900 mm with the foot pedal. It has the same footprint and working height as the MPS300, so it fits the same aisles and workstations while carrying heavier parts.
Where it fits in the MPS range
Pick the MPS500 when loads are too heavy for the MPS300 but a platform under one metre long is enough. For long or bulky items at the same 500 kg rating, the MPS500T offers a 1600 x 800 mm platform; for heavier loads the MPS800 and MPS1000 add capacity, 150 mm wheels and a 1000 mm lifting height. If the job calls for push-button lifting instead of pedalling, the semi-electric PMPS500 has the same capacity with a battery-powered pump.
Typical applications
Machine shops lift vices, fixtures and chucks to the machine table; maintenance teams move pumps and gear units between the workshop and the installation; packing and dispatch areas use it to stack and unstack cartons at hip height. Because it is a mobile table and not a pallet truck, the load stays on a flat steel deck at any height between floor and bench.

- Foot-pedal lifting, no more than 45 strokes to the top position; handle-mounted release lever for fine control of the lowering speed even under full load

- For goods only; use on firm, level ground; do not exceed 500 kg; keep the load centred
