What it is for

  • Lashing capacity (LC / daN) vs. load weight and transport regulations (EN 12195)
  • Strap width and length; hook/end fitting type
  • Strapping: manual vs. tensioner tool, buckle type and strap material
  • Environment: outdoor UV, chemicals, sharp edges

Not suitable for

  • Lifting loads — lashing straps and strapping are not lifting slings
