The MPS1000 brings a full one-tonne rating to a mobile scissor table that one person can still move: 1000 kg on a 1016 x 515 mm platform, lifting from 380 mm to 1000 mm, with a service weight of 115 kg and 150 mm wheels.
Where it fits in the MPS range
The MPS1000 shares its footprint and weight with the MPS800 but is rated 200 kg higher and sits 40 mm lower when lowered, which makes loading from low pallets and machine beds easier. The MPS1500 is the next step for loads up to 1500 kg or when a larger 1220 x 610 mm deck is needed. If a one-tonne load has to reach beyond 1000 mm, no single-scissor table will do; the MPS800D (800 kg, 1500 mm) is the closest double-scissor alternative.
Typical applications
The brochure sums it up as moulds, dies, motors and other heavy components: transferring a mould from the rack to the press, positioning a motor at the mounting height, moving a machine vice or a rotary table between machining centres. In dispatch it lifts heavy crates and machine parts to the packing level.

- Foot-pedal lifting, no more than 55 strokes to full height; handle-mounted release lever for gradual lowering under a one-tonne load
- Overload relief valve as standard; safety support plates for servicing; guarded 150 mm wheels with caster brake
- For goods only; use on firm, level, horizontal ground; keep the load centred and move the table with the platform lowered
