Mobile Double Scissor Lift Table (MPS800D) 800 kg 1500 mm

The MPS800D is the highest-capacity double-scissor table in the Delacco range: 800 kg lifted to 1500 mm on a 1220 x 610 mm platform. It covers the heavy, high-reach jobs that a single-scissor table cannot, while still being pushed by one person on 150 mm wheels.

Where it fits in the MPS range

Compared with the MPS680D it carries 120 kg more and weighs 172 kg instead of 185 kg, with a 60 mm thick deck and a lower 962 mm handle. Compared with the single-scissor MPS800 it lifts 500 mm higher from a larger platform, at the cost of a 475 mm lowered height. For loads above 800 kg the single-scissor MPS1500 is the only mobile option, with 1000 mm of lift.

Typical applications

Presenting moulds, dies and fixtures at the clamping height of presses and moulding machines; feeding heavy workpieces to machining centres and saws; loading machine parts onto trucks and into containers at bed height; lifting large sub-assemblies to the working level of a production line.

Design and safe operation

• Double scissor mechanism on a welded steel frame; 60 mm thick steel platform for evenly distributed loads
• Foot-pedal lifting, no more than 70 strokes to full height; handle-mounted release lever for gradual, controlled lowering of 800 kg
• Overload relief valve as standard; guarded 150 mm wheels with caster brake
• For goods only; use on firm, level, horizontal ground; keep the load stable and centred; never move the table with the platform raised and loaded
